The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that a Proclamation issue proclaiming section 11(14), (16), (23)(a), (24), (25), (31), (36), (37), (38) and (42), to the extent that it enacts section 209(2)(d) and (h) of the Labour Relations Code, of the Restoring Balance in Alberta’s Workplaces Act, 2020 in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation.
