MINISTERIAL ORDER NO. MAG:002/21

I, Ric McIver, Minister of Municipal Affairs, pursuant to Section 605 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA), make the following order:

The date by which the Calgary Assessment Review Board must complete the hearing process and issue written decisions with reasons, as required by Section 468(1) of the MGA, is extended to April 30, 2021 for the 2020 assessment complaints on the 24 roll numbers set out in Attachment 1.
