CLEAN ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

I, Jason Nixon, Minister of Environment and Parks and the Minister responsible for the Emissions Management and Climate Resilience Act SA 2003, c.E-7.8, pursuant to section 2(2) of the Clean Energy Improvements Regulation (the Regulation) made pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, hereby designate the Alberta Municipal Services Corporation

as program administrator for the purposes of the Regulation.
