Gas Resources Preservation Regulation

This regulation is made under the Gas Resources Preservation Act and provides that propane removed or intended to be removed from Alberta is excluded from the application of the Act, provides rules for the communication of information obtained under the Act or regulation, and provides the conditions that permits granted after October 15, 1996 are subject to.
