Edmonton Restricted Development Area Regulations
|
|
- Establishes the requirements for: acts that would cause disturbance to the land within the Area, operations that impact the surface or subsurface, continuance and altercation of use of the lands within the Area
- Outlines the circumstances when the Minster can provide written consent for development and uses of the land surface
- Establishes the parameters under which the Minister may acquire additional lands, conduct improvements and authorization compensation for damages
- Anyone who contravenes the Act is guilty of an offence
