The Egg Farmers of Alberta Marketing Board Regulation, under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, sets out the day-to-day operations of the Egg Farmers of Alberta. The Regulation describes how the Marketing Board will administer the Egg Farmers of Alberta Plan and how delegated powers will to be used. The Regulation describes licensing, producer quotas, minimum farm-gate pricing requirements, information requirements, service charges, and programs established by the marketing board.
