Elevator Constructor Trade Regulation
The Elevator Constructor Trade Regulation made under the Apprenticeship and Industry Training Act prescribes the undertakings (scope of work) and tasks, activities and functions that come within the designated trade of elevator constructor. It sets out the apprenticeship program for the trade. The Regulation is made by the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board with the approval of the Minister under section 33(2) of the Act.
