            The Lieutenant Governor in Council

1          effective April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015, approves the exclusion by the Minister of the positions listed in Schedules 1 and 2 of Appendix 1 from the classification plan and establishes the salary rate or ranges for those positions as that set out in those Schedules;

2          effective April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, approves the exclusion by the Minister of the positions listed in Schedules 1 and 2 of Appendix 2 from the classification plan and establishes the salary rate or ranges for those positions as that set out in those Schedules;

3          effective April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, approves the exclusion by the Minister of the positions listed in Schedules 1 and 2 of Appendix 3 from the classification plan and establishes the salary rate or ranges for those positions as that set out in those Schedules;

4          orders that the Minister charged with the administration of the Public Service Act, or the Minister’s designates, the Deputy Minister of the Executive Council or the Public Service Commissioner, establish

            (a)       the salary applicable for each position listed in Schedules 1
                        and 2 of Appendices 1, 2 and 3,

            (b)       the date that the salary becomes effective, and

            (c)       the remuneration for persons appointed in an acting capacity to
                        any of the positions listed in Schedules 1 and 2 of Appendices 1, 2
                        and 3;

5          rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 286/2013.
