PROVINCIAL RECREATION AREAS AMENDMENT ORDER

1. The Provincial Recreation Areas Designation Order (O.C. 390/97) is amended by this order.

2. Section 13 is repealed.

3. Schedule 13 is repealed

COAL LAKE SOUTH PROVINCIAL RECREATION AREA

All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in the forty-sixth (46) township, in the twenty-third (23) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:

All those portions of legal subdivision thirteen (13) of section twenty-five (25), legal subdivision sixteen (16) of section twenty-six (26) and legal subdivision four (4) of section thirty-six (36) of the said township required for a campsite, as shown upon a map or plan of record in the Department
