FOREST PROVINCIAL RECREATION AREAS AMENDMENT ORDER

  1. The Forest Provincial Recreation Areas Order (O.C. 7/98) is amended by this Order.

 

  1. Schedule 94 is repealed and the following is substituted:

 

 

Schedule 94

Simonette River Provincial Recreation Area

 

All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying, and being in the seventy-first (71) township, in the second (2) range, west of the sixth (6) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:

 

All those portions of the north east quarter of section eleven (11), lying generally to the south and east of the right bank of the Simonette River, all those portions of the north west quarter of section twelve (12), lying generally to the south and west of the right bank of the said Simonette River and all those portions of the south east quarter of the said section eleven (11) lying generally to the north of the left bank of the said Simonette River.

 

The lands herein described contain fifty-four and three hundred nine thousandths (54.309) hectares (134.20 acres), more or less.
