The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that a Proclamation issue proclaiming sections 9, 10(a) and 14 of the Securities Amendment Act, 2010 in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation and proclaiming section 19 of the Securities Amendment Act, 2010 in force on July 31, 2010.
