The Lieutenant Governor in Council
1 designates the land described in the attached Appendix as a provincial park to be known as Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park;
2 amends Order in Council numbered O.C. 416/98 by striking out section 1(qq) and (vv) and Schedules 43 and 48;
3 rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 888/65.
