The Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the Minister of Tourism, Parks and Recreation to sell the public land that is described in the attached Appendix to the Municipal District of Willow Creek at a price determined by the Minister, that price being $1.00.

All that parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the thirteenth (13) township, in the twenty-eighth (28) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
All those portions of legal subdivisions eleven (11) and fourteen (14) of section twenty-eight (28) lying on both sides of Willow Creek, containing thirty-one and four tenths (31.4) hectares (77.60 acres), more or less.
Excepting thereout all mines and minerals and the right to work the same.
