The Lieutenant Governor in Council
(a) authorizes the Minister of Finance and Enterprise
(i) to raise money on behalf of the Crown by the issue and sale by the Crown of government securities to be designated as 2010 Alberta Capital Bonds (the “Bonds”), and
(ii) to determine the terms and conditions for the Bonds, including the interest rate payable,
and
(b) specifies the amount of money that may be raised under this order as that amount for which subscriptions are received during the period beginning February 16, 2010 and ending on a date to be determined by the Minister but not later than March 1, 2010.
