The Lieutenant Governor in Council
1 appoints the following persons as members of the Labour Relations Board, each for an additional term to expire on February 2, 2013:
(a) Paul Bokenfohr;
(b) John Briegel;
(c) Roger Gunn;
(d) Herbert Holmes;
2 amends Order in Council numbered O.C. 7/2007 by striking out section 2;
3 rescinds Orders in Council numbered O.C. 354/2004 and O.C. 456/2007.
