The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that a Proclamation issue proclaiming the Local Authorities Election (Finance and Contribution Disclosure) Amendment Act, 2009, except section 3 to the extent that it enacts sections 147.2(2), 147.3(1)(a), (b) and (c) and 147.9 of the Local Authorities Election Act, in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation.
