1 orders that a Proclamation issue

(a) proclaiming the Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act in force on October 30, 2009, and

(b) rescinding the Proclamation issued pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 418/2009;

2 rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 418/2009.
