FORM OF ORDER*
WHEREAS the Lieutenant Governor in Council, by Order in Council numbered O.C. ___ and dated ____, hereto attached as Appendix C, has authorized the granting of this order.
The Energy Resources Conservation Board, pursuant to the Oil and Gas Conservation Act, chapter O-6 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 2000, orders as follows:
1) Board Order No. P 365, an order pooling tracts within a certain drilling spacing unit in the Huxley Field is amended.
2) Clause 1 is struck out and the following clause is substituted:
1) All tracts within Section 15 of Township 35, Range 24, West of the 4th Meridian, shall be operated as a unit to permit the production of gas from all sands and coals to the base of the Mannville Group through wells to be drilled in Legal Subdivisions 6, 8, 12, and 16, with a maximum of four wells per pool per section to the top of the Mannville Group, and two wells per pool per section in the Mannville Group.
