The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective January 1, 2010, dissolves the following entities:

1 the Alberta Agricultural Research Institute;

2 the Alberta Energy Research Institute;

3 the Alberta Forestry Research Institute;

4 the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research;

5 the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Science and Engineering Research;

6 the Alberta Information and Communications Technology Institute;

7 the Alberta Life Sciences Institute;

8 the Alberta Research Council Inc;

9 the Alberta Science and Research Authority;

10 iCORE Inc.
