            The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective January 1, 2010,

1          designates the following members of the Executive Council as having responsibilities for matters related to research and innovation:

            (a)        Minister of Advanced Education and Technology,

            (b)        Minister of Energy,

            (c)        Minister of Finance and Enterprise,

            (d)        Minister of Health and Wellness,

            (e)        Minister of Environment,

            (f)         Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

            (g)        Minister of Sustainable Resource Development.
