The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective January 1, 2010,

1 appoints the following persons to the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures, each for a term as specified:

(a) Tom Corr, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(b) Stephen Lougheed, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(d) Kenneth (Ken) McKinnon, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(e) Amit Monga, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(f) Gerard (Gerry) Protti, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(g) Jozef Straus, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(h) Ron Triffo, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(i) Sheila Weatherill, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(j) Alan Winter, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(k) Doug Gilpin, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

2 designates Ron Triffo as Chair of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures;

3 designates Stephen Lougheed as Vice-chair of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures;

4 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to the Chair, Vice‑chair and other directors of Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order;

5 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to persons appointed to a committee of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures who are not directors or employees of the Government or the corporation as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order.
