The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective January 1, 2010,

1 appoints the following persons to the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions, each for a term as specified:

(a) Art Froehlich, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(b) Sara Boettiger, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(d) Brian Hesje, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(e) Doug Mackenzie, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(f) Ray Price, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(g) John (Jack) Saddler, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(h) Jacqueline Shan, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

2 designates Art Froehlich as Chair of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions;

3 designates Ray Price as Vice-chair of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions;

4 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to the Chair, Vice‑chair and other directors of Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order;

5 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to persons appointed to a committee of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions who are not directors or employees of the Government or the corporation as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order.
