The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective January 1, 2010,

1 appoints the following persons as members of the Alberta Research and Innovation Authority, each for a term as specified:

(a) Marvin Fritzler, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(b) Oryssia Lennie, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(d) Alan Bernstein, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(e) Riikka Heikinheimo, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(f) Chris Henshall, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(g) Laura Kilcrease, for a term to expire December 31, 2013;

(h) Florence Gauzy Krieger, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(i) Peter Nicholson, for a term to expire December 31, 2012;

(j) Peter Riddles, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

(k) Howard Tennant, for a term to expire December 31, 2011;

2 designates Marvin Fritzler as Chair of the Alberta Research and Innovation Authority;

3 designates Oryssia Lennie as Vice-chair of the Alberta Research and Innovation Authority;

4 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to the Chair, Vice‑chair and other members of the Alberta Research and Innovation Authority as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order;

5 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to persons appointed to a committee established by the Alberta Research and Innovation Authority who are not members or employees of the Government or the Authority as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order.
