The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective November 16, 2009,
1 reappoints Malcolm Alexander Brown as a justice of the peace and redesignates him as a full-time sitting justice of the peace for a term of one year to expire on November 15, 2010;
2 rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 149/2006.
