The Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development to sell the public land that is described in the attached Appendix to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo at a price determined by the Minister, that price being $8 800 000.

The northwest quarter of section 23 - 64.750 hectares (160 acres), more or less.
All that portion of the northeast quarter of section 23 which lies to the west of the westerly limits of roads known as Confederation Way and Thickwood Blvd. as shown on plans 822 0135, 802 2551 and 802 2553 containing approximately 18.70 hectares (46.2 acres), more or less.
Excepting thereout all mines and minerals and the right to work the same.
