NEW WELL ROYALTY REDUCTION
AMENDMENT REGULATION

1   The New Well Royalty Reduction Regulation (AR 204/2009) is amended by this Regulation.

2   Section 7(1) is amended by adding “and” at the end of clause (b) and by repealing clauses (d) and (e).

3   This Regulation is effective on and from April 1, 2009.
