1          designates the land legally described in the attached Appendix as a provincial park;

2          declares that the provincial park is to be a wildland provincial park known as Castle Wildland Provincial Park.

The south west quarter, legal subdivisions two (2), twelve (12) and the west half of legal subdivision eleven (11) of section four (4), the south half and legal subdivisions nine (9) through twelve (12) inclusive of section five (5),  all those portions of legal subdivision thirteen (13) and the west half of legal subdivision fourteen (14) of the said section four (4) and legal subdivisions fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) of the said section five (5) lying generally to the south of both the southerly limit of a road, as shown on a plan of survey of record on file in the said Land Titles Office as No. 8021HX and south of the southerly limit of an adjacent utility easement as shown on a sketch plan of record on file in the said Department of Environment and Parks as No. 3850T, all those portions of legal subdivisions thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) of the said section five (5) lying generally to the south of the southerly limit of Highway 3, as shown on a plan of survey of record on file in the said Land Titles Office as No. 8110788 and all those portions of legal subdivisions two (2) and three (3) of section eight (8) of the said township lying generally to the south of the southerly limit of the said Highway 3 as shown on the said plan No. 8110788 and generally to the south of the southerly limit of the said road as shown on the said plan 8021HX.
