The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that a Proclamation issue proclaiming sections 1, 2(a), (b), (d), (e) and (g) to (n), 5 to 14, 16, 30, 31, 41, 42, 44, 45, 50, 53 to 59, 60 and 61 of the Securities Amendment Act, 2006 in force on July 1, 2006.
