The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders and directs as follows:

1 An election under the Senatorial Selection Act shall be held in conjunction with the next general election under the Election Act;

2 The Lieutenant Governor shall issue a writ of election addressed to the Chief Electoral Officer;

3 The date of the writ of election is to be September 29, 2004;

4 The number of persons to be elected in the election is 4;

5 The nomination day for the election is to be the date fixed for nominations for the next general election under the Election Act;

6 Voting in the election is to take place on the date fixed for voting for the next general election under the Election Act.
