The Lieutenant Governor in Council

1 appoints the following persons as members of the Alberta Transportation Safety Board, each for a term to expire on September 30, 2007:

(a) Jim Ashton;

(b) Rob Ladouceur;

2 amends the Appendix to Order in Council numbered O.C. 286/2003 by striking out section 2(a), (b), (c) and (d).
