1 appoints Gary Christopherson as a member representing the public on the Council of The Alberta College of Optometrists for a term to expire on August 31, 2007;

2 prescribes the remuneration payable to the members representing the public on the Council of The Alberta College of Optometrists at the rates specified in Schedule 1, Part B of the Committee Remuneration Order.
