YOUTH JUSTICE DESIGNATION
AMENDMENT REGULATION

1   The Youth Justice Designation Regulation (AR 69/2003) is amended by this Regulation.

2   Section 4(d) is repealed.

3   Section 5 is amended

(a) by repealing clause (b);

(b) by repealing clause (c).

4   Section 7 is amended

(a) by repealing clause (e);

(b) by repealing clause (h);

(c) by repealing clause (i);

(d) by repealing clause (j).
