The Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective October 16, 2004,
1 reappoints the persons set out in the attached Appendix for the terms set out in the attached Appendix as public members to a roster of public members who can be selected
(a) by the discipline tribunal roster chair to serve on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta Discipline Tribunal, and
(b) by the appeal tribunal roster chair to serve on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta Appeal Tribunal;
2 prescribes the remuneration and expenses payable to the public members as that specified in Schedule 1, Part A of the Committee Remuneration Order;
3 rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 389/2001
