The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that a Proclamation issue proclaiming sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 22 of the Real Estate Amendment Act, 2003 in force on October 1, 2004.
