The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that the transaction under which an interest in the land described in the attached Schedule is acquired by Nancy Jane Hansen is, for estate planning purposes, excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.
