1   appoints the following persons as members of The Board of Governors of Northern Lakes College, each for a term to expire on September 7, 2007:

(a) Maddy J. Daniels;

(b) Joan Goldhawk;

2   rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 210/2001.
