(section 14)
1 In this Order,
(a) “Agreement” means the Agreement dated for reference January 1, 2000 and made between her Majesty the Queen in right of Alberta, as represented by the Minister of Health and Wellness, and the Coaldale Community Hospital Association, Ltd. with respect to the Coaldale Health Care Centre;
(b) “Hospital Lands and Hospital Assets” means Hospital Lands and Hospital Assets as defined in the Agreement;
(c) “Coaldale Health Care Centre” means the voluntary hospital situated in Coaldale, Alberta and known as the Coaldale Health Care Centre;
(d) “Coaldale hospital property” means any estate or interest in the Hospital Lands and Hospital Assets comprising the Coaldale Health Care Centre.
2 The Lieutenant Governor in Council approves that the acquisition of the Coaldale hospital property in order to comply with the provisions of the Agreement is a purpose for which the Minister of Health and Wellness may acquire the Coaldale hospital property.
3 The Lieutenant Governor in Council directs that, on its acquisition pursuant to section 2, the Coaldale hospital property is under the administration of the Minister of Infrastructure.
