    Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance

    Orders Act

    DECLARATION OF RECIPROCATING

    STATES REGULATION

1   The following have laws that are substantially similar to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders Act and are hereby declared to be reciprocating states for the purposes of that Act:

    (a) Bailiwick of Jersey;

    (b) Barbados;

    (c) Commonwealth of Australia;

    (d) Czech Republic;

    (e) Federal Republic of Germany;

    (f) Independent State of Papua New Guinea;

    (g) Isle of Man;

    (h) Kingdom of Norway;

    (i) New Zealand;

    (j) Republic of Austria;

    (k) Republic of Malta;

    (l) Republic of Poland;

    (m) Republic of Singapore;

    (n) Republic of South Africa;

    (o) Republic of the Fiji Islands;

    (p) Slovak Republic;

    (q) United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;

    (r) United States of America;

    (s) Province of British Columbia;

    (t) Province of Manitoba;

    (u) Province of New Brunswick;

    (v) Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

    (w) Province of Nova Scotia;

    (x) Province of Ontario;

    (y) Province of Prince Edward Island;

    (z) Province of Quebec;

    (aa) Province of Saskatchewan;

    (bb) Northwest Territories;

    (cc) Nunavut;

    (dd) Yukon Territory.

2   The Declaration of Reciprocating States Regulation (AR 14/85) is repealed.
