A P P E N D I X Government Organization Act DESIGNATION AND TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY AMENDMENT REGULATION 1   The Designation and Transfer of Responsibility Regulation (AR 44/2001) is amended by this Regulation. 2   Section 5(5)(b) is repealed and the following is substituted: (b) in Schedule 3 of the Community Development Grants Regulation (AR 57/98) are transferred to the responsibility of the Minister of Gaming, and
