The Lieutenant Governor in Council

1 rescinds the appointment of Neil McCrank, Q.C., as a member and his designation as Vice-Chairman of the Natural Resources Conservation Board;

2 rescinds the nominations of David M. Derworiz, George Kupfer, Susan Nelson Pier and Cynthia A. Langlo as acting members of the Natural Resources Conservation Board;

3 appoints the following persons as members of the Natural Resources Conservation Board:

(a) Maureen Schwab

(b) Gordon Atkins

(c) Jim Turner

(d) Brady Whittaker

4 nominates the following as persons from among whom acting members of the Natural Resources Conservation Board may be selected:

(a) Ada Rawlins

(b) Jim Smith

(c) Jack Campbell

(d) Neil McCrank, Q.C.

(e) Robert Powell

5 amends Order in Council numbered O.C.647/91 by striking out clauses (a),

6 (b) and (g);

7 amends Order in Council numbered O.C. 550/98 by striking out section 3;

8 amends Order in Council numbered O.C. 102/2000 by striking out clause (b).
