ALL THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION THIRTY-SIX (36), TOWNSHIP FORTY-NINE (49), RANGE TWENTY-SEVEN (27), WEST OF THE FOURTH MERIDIAN DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
