an agreement between the American Federation of Arts and the Art Gallery 
of Alberta for the purpose of temporarily exhibiting or displaying the 
cultural property in the Art Gallery of Alberta in an exhibition known as "Of 
Heaven and Earth: 500 Years of Italian Painting from the Glasgow 
Museums" is of significance;
(b)	rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 640/2009.

Commercial Fishing Seasons
The close times and quotas set out in Schedule 8 to the Alberta Fishery Regulations, 
1998 in respect of the waters listed in the Schedule to this Notice have been varied by 
Variation Order 07-2013 by the Director of Fisheries Management in accordance with 
section 3 of the Alberta Fishery Regulations, 1998.
Where fishing with gill nets is permitted during an open season established by the 
Order, the gill net mesh size has been specified in the Order.
Pursuant to Variation Order 07-2013 commercial fishing is permitted in accordance 
with the following schedule.

Stoney Point to mouth of Lily Creek).  In respect of the south shore of the East Basin

deep and which is south of a line drawn from the point of land on the south shore 
where the northern boundary of SW15-74-9-W5 intersects the shoreline to the point 
of land where the north boundary of SW5-74-8-W5 intersects the shoreline.  ii) 
Canyon Creek/ Widewater - that portion which is less than 4.88 m (16 feet) deep and 
which is east of the point of land on the south shore where the shoreline is intersected 
by the northern boundary of SW2-74-8-W5 to the point of land where the eastern 
boundary of SE2-73-6-W5 intersects the shoreline.
