Alberta Regulation 76/2012 Teachers' Pension Plans Act TEACHERS' AND PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS' PENSION PLANS (CONTRIBUTION RATES 2012) AMENDMENT REGULATION Filed: April 26, 2012 For information only: Made by the Alberta Teachers' Retirement Fund Board on April 25, 2012 pursuant to section 16(2) of the Teachers' Pension Plans Act and section 12(4) of the Teachers' Pension Plans (Legislative Provisions) Regulation. 1 The Teachers' and Private School Teachers' Pension Plans (AR 203/95) are amended by this Regulation. 2 Schedule 1 is amended by sections 3 to 5 of this Regulation. 3 Section 10(2) is amended (a) in clause (a) by striking out "5.87%" and substituting "5.88%"; (b) in clause (b) by striking out "9.74%" and substituting "10.00%". 4 Section 11 is amended by striking out "3.17%" and substituting "3.72%". 5 Section 13 is amended (a) in clause (a) by striking out "7.12%" and substituting "7.15%"; (b) in clause (b) by striking out "2.98%" and substituting "3.49%". 6 This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2012. Alberta Regulation 77/2012 Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act ADULT GUARDIANSHIP AND TRUSTEESHIP (MINISTERIAL) AMENDMENT REGULATION Filed: April 27, 2012 For information only: Made by the Minister of Seniors (M.O. 002/2012) on March 22, 2012 pursuant to section 116(2) of the Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act. 1 The Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship (Ministerial) Regulation (AR 224/2009) is amended by this Regulation. 2 The Schedule is amended (a) in Form 3 (i) by adding the following after item 1: 1.1. (ii) by repealing item 3. -------------------------------- Alberta Regulation 78/2012 Pipeline Act PIPELINE AMENDMENT (DRILLING WASTE) REGULATION Filed: April 27, 2012 For information only: Made by the Energy Resources Conservation Board on April 24, 2012 pursuant to section 3(1)(c) of the Pipeline Act. 1 The Pipeline Regulation (AR 91/2005) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 1(1) is amended (a) by adding the following after clause (f.1): (f.2) "Directive 050" means Directive 050: Drilling Waste Management; (b) by adding the following after clause (g): (g.1) "Directive 058" means Directive 058: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry; (c) by adding the following after clause (j): (j.1) "drilling waste" means the mud and cuttings generated while directional drilling for the purpose of pipeline construction; 3 Section 1.2 is amended by adding the following after subsection (2): (3) Unless otherwise authorized by the Board, a licensee shall manage drilling waste in accordance with Directive 050 and Directive 058. -------------------------------- Alberta Regulation 79/2012 Marriage Act MARRIAGE ACT AMENDMENT REGULATION Filed: April 30, 2012 For information only: Made by the Minister of Service Alberta (M.O. SA:006/2012) on April 20, 2012 pursuant to section 29 of the Marriage Act. 1 The Marriage Act Regulation (AR 162/2000) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 1 is amended by repealing clause (a), and adding the following after clause (b): (c) "Registrar" means the Registrar of Vital Statistics. 3 Section 2 is amended (a) in subsection (3) by striking out "complete a statutory declaration" and substituting "swear or affirm an affidavit"; (b) by repealing subsection (4); (c) in subsection (5) by striking out "Form 5" and substituting "Form 4"; (d) by repealing subsection (6) and substituting the following: (6) A statutory declaration for the purposes of section 17(2) or 19(3) of the Act must be in Form 5. 4 Section 3(1) is amended by striking out "Director" and substituting "Registrar". 5 Sections 4(1), (3), (4) and (5) and 5(1) are amended by striking out "Director" wherever it occurs and substituting "Registrar". 6 Section 7 is amended by striking out "November 30, 2015" and substituting "October 31, 2016". 7 The Schedule is repealed and the following is substituted: Schedule Form 1 Marriage Act (Section 14) Affidavit for Marriage Licence Application I, (Legal Last Name and Full Legal Given Name(s)) of (Street Address) (City/Town/Village) (Province/Country) make oath and say that: 1 My present marital status is: (Never married, Widowed, Divorced). 2 I am years old. 3 I intend to marry (Legal Last Name and Full Legal Given Name(s)) of (City/Town/Village) (Province/Country) . 4 According to the best of my knowledge and belief (a) there are no marriages or any lawful causes to bar or hinder this marriage from taking place.
