The lands described in the Schedule of Lands are designated as a provincial park to be 
known as Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park.

All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying, and being in the sixty-seventh (67) 
township, in the thirteenth (13) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province 
of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
The unnamed island in section twenty-seven (27) and all those portions of the north 
east quarter of section twenty (20), the south half and north west quarter of section 
twenty-nine (29), sections thirty (30) and thirty-one (31) and the north half of section 
thirty-two (32), comprising Big Island, Long Island, the Pelican Islands and Currant 
Island within Lac La Biche.
SECONDLY:
All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying, and being in the sixty-seventh (67) 
township, in the fourteenth (14) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province 
of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
All those portions of the east half and north west quarter of section twenty-five (25), 
the north east quarter of section thirty-three (33), the north west quarter of section

Island, Currant Island, Red Fox Island and other unnamed islands within the said Lac

FOURTHLY:
All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying, and being in the sixty-eighth (68) 
township, in the fourteenth (14) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province 
of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
All those islands in the south west quarter of section three (3), the south half and 
north west quarter of section four (4) and the north half and the south east quarter of 
section twelve (12), comprising Black Fox Island, High Island and Birch Island 
within the said Lac La Biche.
FIFTHLY:
All those portions of the bed and shore, situate, lying and being in the said Lac La 
Biche and being more particularly comprised of:
A.	The spits adjoining the said islands.
B.	A strip of bed and shore adjoining each of the said spits, measuring one 
hundred (100) meters in width, the said strips extending fifty (50) meters on 
either side of the said spits, the distance being measured perpendicularly 
from the center-line of the spits.
C.	A fifty meter wide strip of bed and shore, adjoining each of the said islands, 
the distance being measured perpendicularly from the bank.
SIXTHLY:
All those portions of the north west quarter of section twenty-one (21) and the said 
north east quarter of section twenty (20) of the said sixty-seventh (67) township in the 
thirteenth (13) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, comprising a causeway 
connecting the said Long Island with Lot seventy-five (75) of Lac La Biche 
Settlement.
SEVENTHLY:
The intervening road allowances contained within the said Big Island.
The lands herein described containing approximately six hundred sixty-two and one 
hundred sixty-nine thousandths (662.169) hectares (1636.26 acres), more or less.
