(b)	any taxes owing to the County of Minburn, No. 27 at the end of December 
31, 2009 in respect of the annexed land are transferred to and become 
payable to the Town of Vegreville together with any lawful penalties and 
costs levied in respect of those taxes, and the Town of Vegreville upon 
collecting those taxes, penalties, and costs must pay them to the County of 
Minburn, No. 27, and
(c)	the assessor for the Town of Vegreville must assess, for the purposes of 
taxation in 2010 and subsequent years, the annexed land and the assessable 
improvements to it,

APPENDIX C 
ORDER
1	In this Order, "annexed land" means the land described in Appendix A and 
shown on the sketch in Appendix B.
2(1)	The Town of Vegreville shall pay to the County of Minburn, No. 27 a percentage 
of the municipal property taxes payable under Part 10 of the Municipal Government 
Act in respect of the annexed land for each of the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 
taxation years, as follows:
(a)	for the 2010 taxation year, 100% of the taxes;
(b)	for the 2011 taxation year, 80% of the taxes;
(c) 	for the 2012 taxation year, 60% of the taxes;
(d)	for the 2013 taxation year, 40% of the taxes;
(e)	for the 2014 taxation year, 20% of the taxes.
(2)	An amount due under subsection (1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) must be paid no later 
than December 31 of the taxation year.
(3)	For greater certainty, a reference in subsection (1) to municipal property taxes 
does not include any amount payable in respect of a requisition as defined in section 
326(a) of the Municipal Government Act.
3(1)	The County of Minburn, No. 27's Land Use Bylaw continues to apply to the 
annexed land except in respect of any parcel for which Council for the Town of 
Vegreville changes, by bylaw, the land use designation.
(2)	A parcel referred to in subsection (1) is subject to the Town of Vegreville's Land 
Use Bylaw on the making of a bylaw referred to that subsection.

I, Lindsay Blackett, Minister of Culture and Community Spirit, pursuant to section 
20(1) of the Historical Resources Act, RSA 2000 cH-9, hereby:
1.	Designate the site known as the:
Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital, together with the land legally described as:
Plan 7015Z, Block 1, Lots 12 to 14 inclusive, excepting thereout all coal
and municipally located at 5406 - 47 Street in Castor, Alberta
as a Provincial Historic Resource,
2.	Give notice that pursuant to section 20, subsection (9) of that Act, no person shall 
destroy, disturb, alter, restore, or repair any Provincial Historic Resource or 
remove any historic object from a Provincial Historic Resource without the 
written approval of the Minister.
3.	Further give notice that the following provisions of section 20, subsections (11) 
and (12) of that Act now apply in case of sale or inheritance of the above 
mentioned resource:
(11)	the owner of an historic resource that is subject to an order under 
subsection (1) shall, at least 30 days before any sale or other 
disposition of the historic resource, serve notice of the proposed sale 
or other disposition on the Minister,
(12)	when a person inherits an historic resource that is subject to an 
order under subsection (1), that person shall notify the Minister of 
the inheritance within 15 days after the historic resource is 
transferred to the person.
