bylaw of The Grande Yellowhead Regional Division No. 35 Relating To The 
Conversion From A Regional Division To A School Division To Be Called The 
Grande Yellowhead Public School Division No. 77, requesting the conversion of 
the regional division to a school division, passed August 26, 2009 by The Board 
of Trustees of Grande Yellowhead Regional Division No. 35 is approved.
2	Pursuant to Sections 208 and 246 of the School Act, The Grande Yellowhead 
Public School Division No. 77 (the "School Division") is established and the 
members of the board are a corporation under the name of The Board of Trustees 
of Grande Yellowhead Public School Division No. 77 (the "Board").  The 
Grande Yellowhead Public School Division shall be comprised of the lands 
included in the following jurisdictions:
