Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 217/96) pursuant to
section 7 of the Provincial Parks Act.


1   The Provincial Recreation Areas Regulation (Alta. Reg. 213/92) is
amended by this Regulation.


2   The following is added after section 6:

Bigelow Reservoir
     6.1   The lands in Schedule 6.1 are designated as a provincial
recreation area to be known as Bigelow Reservoir Provincial Recreation
Area.


3   The following is added after section 11:

Buck Lake
     11.1   The lands in Schedule 11.1 are designated as a provincial
recreation area to be known as Buck Lake Provincial Recreation Area.


4   The following is added after section 13:

Bullshead Reservoir
     13.1   The lands in Schedule 13.1 are designated as a provincial
recreation area to be known as Bullshead Reservoir Provincial Recreation
Area.


5   The following is added after section 18.1:

Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 218/96) pursuant to
section 7 of the Farm Implement Act.


1   The Farm Implement Regulation (Alta. Reg. 204/83) is amended by this
Regulation.


2   The following is added after section 8.1:

     8.2   For the purposes of section 7(2) of the Act repair parts shall
be made available

               (a)  within 72 hours after the request for such parts is
made, providing the request is made during the normal season of use of the
farm implement, or

               (b)  within 10 working days after the request for such
parts is made in any other case.

1   The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Regulation (Alta.
Reg. 200/95) is amended by this Regulation.


2   Section 1 is amended by adding the following after subsection (2):
