            The Lieutenant Governor in Council

1          designates the land legally described in the attached Appendix as a provincial park;

2          declares that the provincial park is to be a wildland provincial park known as Birch River Wildland Provincial Park.

The lands described in the Schedule of Lands are designated as a Provincial Park to be known as Birch River Wildland Provincial Park.

BIRCH RIVER WILDLAND PROVINCIAL PARK

 

FIRSTLY:

All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in what would be if surveyed the ninety-seventh (97) township, the twenty-second (22) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:

 

Section seventeen (17), sections nineteen (19) through twenty-one (21) inclusive, sections twenty-nine (29) through thirty-two (32) inclusive, the north half of section eight (8) and the east half of section eighteen (18) of the said township.

 

 

SECONDLY:

All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in what would be if surveyed the ninety-seventh (97) township, the twenty-third (23) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:

The lands herein described contain three hundred thirty-one thousand eight hundred thirty-two (331,832) hectares (819,976 acres) more or less.
