Legislative Publications

Alberta Queen's Printer works closely with various government ministries to publish legislative related publications. The following publications are available in print format or on QP Source Professional. Please follow the links below or contact Alberta Queen's Printer for more information.

	Alberta Environment Codes of Practice Codes of Practice are developed for activities that are uniform in nature across Alberta. Alberta Environment regulates activities through the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) and the Water Act using tools such as approvals and registrations.
	Alberta Rules of Court The Rules of Court Binder set sells for $125 + GST. Amendments are published approximately twice per year and are sold separately. Clients who purchase the Rules of Court are encouraged to be on standing offer to ensure your binder stays up to date, as updates will then automatically invoiced and shipped. The Rules of Court are also available in a convenient Handbook set which sells for $65 + GST. Updates will not be published for the handbook set; however updated handbooks will be published regularly.
	Annotated FOIP (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy) Binder Order form The Annotated FOIP Binder is a comprehensive and exhaustive resource designed to help you understand and apply Alberta's FOIP Act. It's a "must have" for anyone working with privacy matters under the FOIP Act. This useful binder sells for $105 plus GST. Updates are published twice per year and are sold separately. Clients who purchase the Annotated FOIP Binder are encouraged to be on Standing Offer to ensure your binder stays up to date, as updates will then automatically be sent to you as they are released.
	Energy Statutes and Regulations Binder Order form If you work in the energy industry, the Energy Binder is the resource you need to stay current with Alberta's statutes and regulations that affect you. This valuable resource comes in a two-volume binder set and can be purchased for $195 per set plus GST. Updates for this binder set are published annually and are sold separately. 	Enforcement Package Order form If you work in the Enforcement industry, the Enforcement Package is the resource you can not be without! This comprehensive package consists of the Specified Penalty Listing and over 25 pieces of enforcement-related legislation in pamphlet format. The complete package sells for $84.95 plus GST. The Enforcement Package is also available on CD for $49.95.
