BOARD APPEAL FEES REGULATION
Definition
1 In this Regulation, “Act” means the Traffic Safety Act.
Fee for appeals
2 A person who appeals any matter under Part 2, Division 3 of the Act or under section 2 of the Inspection Station and Inspection Technician Appeal Regulation (AR 306/2002) must pay a fee of
(a) $250, if the appellant wishes to appear in person before the Board, or
(b) $125, if the appellant does not wish to appear in person before the Board.

Expiry
3 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on July 1, 2013.
